One blind is not working properly and my fridge is missing a shelf. I need to follow up. But the team has been great! It’s been a great experience.

The superintendent is great and he did do a great job clearing the blockage in my drain. The office staff however are terrible with not answering phones or meals. I had to wait 2 days to have a sink that had standing water in it, taken care of. The office would not answer my calls nor did they answer my email. I now have a blockage in my dishwasher. I did not use the dishwasher and they're standing water in it so clearly there's a bigger problem. I responded to the original notice of entry email and they did not respond back I called the office and they did not respond back. This is one of the biggest complaints of dealing with Minto is the lack of prompt communication from your office staff. Your customer service is terrible. I should not have to walk to the office on my very busy days in order to get somebody to pay attention to my issue. I should not have to place another rent cafe request, which takes 2 days to receive a response, on same issue that still needs attention.
