At the same time I made this request I also asked for someone to attend to my microwave oven It doesn’t work. Haven’t heard anything.

I appreciated the fast service and the person who performed the work was polite and professional.The work was done to my complete satisfaction.

It’s expensive to live here. To expensive. I would prefer no amenities and cheaper rent.

One blind is not working properly and my fridge is missing a shelf. I need to follow up. But the team has been great! It’s been a great experience.

The superintendent is great and he did do a great job clearing the blockage in my drain. The office staff however are terrible with not answering phones or meals. I had to wait 2 days to have a sink that had standing water in it, taken care of. The office would not answer my calls nor did they answer my email. I now have a blockage in my dishwasher. I did not use the dishwasher and they're standing water in it so clearly there's a bigger problem. I responded to the original notice of entry email and they did not respond back I called the office and they did not respond back. This is one of the biggest complaints of dealing with Minto is the lack of prompt communication from your office staff. Your customer service is terrible. I should not have to walk to the office on my very busy days in order to get somebody to pay attention to my issue. I should not have to place another rent cafe request, which takes 2 days to receive a response, on same issue that still needs attention.

MINTO IS AN EXCELLENT LANDLORD, I AM VERY LUCKY TO BE LIVING IN A MINTO BUILDING WITH EXCELLENT STAFF.

This repair was pending since 2021 and took dozens of visits to finally complete for which there is no excuse.
