We were robbed last summer and there was no follow up really. It happened when we were away and our apartment was locked. We have heard there have been others. We have learned the hard way not to allow Minto entrance without our presence

My primary concern is that despite my report regarding neighbours who smoke in the building, no response, no concrete action, and no change have taken place. We have a one-year-old child, and our apartment regularly smells of marijuana, which is entirely detrimental to our child's health. The building is not safe for our child. We are planning to leave.

Rent prices are raising much to high considering the current market of available units . My rent prices is barely cheaper than marketing price for 2 bedroom 2 bath in the downtown area and im renting a 1 bedroom. Tents above are always noise with power tools and nothing is ever done about it when i bring it up to management. The other dog owners in the building or surrounding buildings dont clean after their dogs or children. Thats just a few to reflect on. I wont even get into the condition of the parking garage that management claims to have done repairs which ive never seem workers or work done just the same scaffolding and bracing covered in tacky plywood thats been in the same state for rhe entire time ive lived here. For whatever reason management seemed to have gotten away with those false claims when raising rent with the rent control board. Which by the way will not be allowed to slide, as i have been approached by other tenants asking to sign paperwork to go after the property management and owners for falsely claiming that.

I have been trying to get my balcony doors replaced …you will remember my complaints about being cold. On several occasions I have had your ‘team’ inspect the doors…all agreed ‘something’ had to be done to keep out the cold. You sent weather stripping guys…there’s no room for that. I have to open the doors to give me access to my balcony. I have live cedar shrubs that need watering in all seasons. So..I am still waiting……please replace the whole door unit…

The Minti team is helpful and provides clear and quick communicstion/customer service. I do feel that the suites lack some desired features and the renovation jobs completed are quite poorly done. The neighbourhood makes the rent price, despite the AGIs, worth it.

I had to visit the office approximately 2 weeks after submitting app request because I didn’t receive a response. However when I did Emilie immediately explained what happened, accepted responsibility, and apologized, and answered all my questions which I greatly appreciated. She advised me of what I could do to access the contents of my locker, and went beyond that explaining how to begin the process to relocate my locker contents to this building. I submitted a subsequent admin request per those instructions which the app currently shows as scheduled. Presumably this means arranging for movers to relocate the contents of my locker to this building from the adjacent building in which they have been stored following a flood several years ago in the locker area in this building.
