It was over all a good experience. We were never showed where to park our truck for the move on however, and there wasn’t enough clarity regarding the procedure. But it all worked out in the end.A suggestion is to ensure that all guests are shown where to park, I unload, etc. and ensure no one else is parked there, like what happened to us.Thank you!

Hi there. My request for repair in the bathroom was never completed. I emailed the office to inform them and no one has replied. It has now been a week since the repair date and nothing has been done and no notice has been given to me. Thank you.

This does not relate to plumbing request. I would like to address the issue of snow removal.The company hired did not clear the front accessible and fire route entrance at 66 Oakmount.This is a safety issue and must be stressed to the snow clearing company the fire route and accessible entrances are a priority.

Normally my requests for things inside my apartment are taken care of fairly quickly. This request was to fix the garbage shoot on my floor and refill the hand sanitizer in the lobby and laundry room. I figured the garbage shoot may take a bit if a part needs to be ordered. But the hand sanitizer has still not been filled.

The response time was quite slow.Since there is not way to indicate urgency without emergency, I didn’t have a working door handle for five days. (over weekend)

Yes, I would like you to up your game in 2 areas:1) respect your potential clients / tenants. If you take a last month deposit, and then you reject the application, please make sure you return the money within 3-5 business days, not after 3 months. If your policy interferes with this 3-5 days window, change your policy2) Train your employees, responsible for communication with potential tenants, on your policy regarding guarantees. While the work was completed on the date scheduled, it was quite surprising that it took 5 days after submitting my maintenance ticket for the work to be scheduled. The beeping from the smoke detector was extremely disruptive during those five days and nights. I had to purchase ear plugs to be able to sleep through the night. After living in a rental building downtown where service requests were usually addressed within 24 hours, this was quite disappointing.

Minto has great potential. However it’s Achilles heel is the customer support and the price along with the many things that go wrong in the building.In the past 3 years of living at Minto I had many things fall apart inside and outside my unit. MINTO’s solution for everything is very “glue” based rather than “screw” based.Instead of fixing the water system they keep making temporary fixes. So there’s no water at least 3 times a month.
