Heater vent maintenance is bad. Even after repeatedly requesting no corrective measures have been taken.

There is no communication or follow up when we inquire about something that needs attention in our unit. Sometimes they say someone will come and then they never do. The front desk never answers the phone and sometimes the office is empty when it should be open.

I think for the high rent, any type of gym amenities would make the rent-value more worth it as many buildings have one and I miss having one as I had one in my old rental. I have to travel to go to the gym which especially sucks in the winter months. So again a fitness facility would be life changing to have

Sometimes there is a lag between submitting a work request and confirming the work date. Would be nice to have a bit more information.

I asked for a receipt of 2025 rental payments and received it (in PDF file) the same day. On a negative note, the PDF file also contained information on other residents: I printed off the information on my payments and deleted the file when finished.

I am pleased to hear the REIT will be bought out and Minto will return to a privately held company. The service I received recently was reminiscent of "old Minto, Greenberg style". It was much delayed, but very well communicated and executed by Sujata. The contractor, David, was outstanding in all regards. Five stars.Hopefully Minto can resume it's former REIT status as an excellent and ethical service provider and clean out some of the unethical, unqualified and outright bully staff hired since the REIT formed (instead of promoting them). Given the potential impacts to Minto's long-standing property management reputation, this would be wise. The reputation of this company has tanked in the last five years and fractured formerly strong community relationships and trust with tenants. (As noted above). Clear the swamp.

Because the law doesn't require to have a lease after the first year. You go on monthly after the first year.Ideas for 111 Pacific that will make me give 5 stars:- Switch to an unscented or at least less stinky hallway cleaner. I have to block all holes around my door whenever the staff cleans in the public spaces. Strong smells really bother me and make me sneeze.- Designate 1 washing machine as an unscented detergent machine. It really sucks when you are scent free but someone uses a stinky detergent.

Common areas such as indoor party space or indoor kids play area would be much appreciated and useful.

I was not told if the work was ever completed. The radiators were cold before and they are cold now

Maintenance came shortly after I called and fixed the lock within a few minutes.
