It’s too expensive here. $2300 for a bachelor with poor lighting and cockroaches.

There are constant disruptions to living a peaceful, private life here: noisy grass-cutting outside the window at 8am, waste disposal arrangement creating noise beginning as early as 8:30, lengthy fire drills with a man's voice bellowing inside my apartment. Also, the security is not helpful, useful, or even present at all (have had items stolen in the building and yet NEVER see the security guard, never mind the apparent uselessness of the CCTV). The sauna in the pool hasn't been operating in years, and the pool is open very limited hours (only until 8pm even when it's 30-degrees-plus until midnight, for ex.). All these things would be somewhat tolerable, at least understandable, if rent was affordable. However, for our so-called "luxury" one bedroom apartment we pay luxury rates much higher than the Toronto average.

Communication could be better. I'd really appreciate if someone took time to read my emails or answer phone calls.

The actual repair was okay, but the painters used a different colour than is on the rest of the walls in the kitchen. So now the kitchen is half one colour and half an entirely different colour. I asked for it to be fixed, but it doesn’t look like that is going to happen. I don’t understand this. If you didn’t have the same colour, then either go get the same colour, or re-paint the rest of the kitchen in the colour you do have. You wouldn’t have left the room in two different colours if it were your own home. So why was it okay to do it to mine?

It's mostly good, but check the front hall and elevators for cleanliness a bit more often, and replace dim hallway lights a little earlier.

I’m disappointed from the start. I’ve had no heat in the apartment since I moved in. I thought the building had a master turn on but I was told by another tenant that I have to put in a request. The apartment was poorly painted and looks bad but I guess I it’s ok. This should’ve been handled before I move in. I’ve had to stay atmy mother’s house the last week. My tandem parking is at the other end of the parking lot under 66 oakmount. Hopefully there’s one closer to 255 glenlake where I reside. Other than this the super is a really nice guy and helped me a lot. Took the time to show me around.

The team is great but communication about arrivals could be handled better

My reason for such a low rating has nothing to do with the service that was provided. To be frank all of the things that make this building an appealing are things that could not have been for seen before I moved into the apartment.

The unit was not clean (lots of dog hair, I don't have a dog), nobody replied to my emails about move-in, I didn't get an email about move-in until a few days before, I was not told I would be charged to get apt day early, I was given someone else's parking space, it is impossible to get ahold of anyone (even the line that is meant to be for emergencies) so I have to wait until office hours and talk to someone in person

You could prioritize the issues identified during the move-in inspection
