I would like to thank the cleaning lady, as every day I see her in the morning, and she does an excellent job keeping the lobby and elevators clean

Elevator booking could be improved.The elevator is technically not reserved. Ppl still used it regardless of whether it’s booked.

The experience has been great so far! I moved on a Sunday and although everything was ready on my side but I could not get answers at the phone line. I would include a move in communication that includes who to call (office or superintendent) and any other relevant information.

The superintendent’s for our complex are all great people and workers. Also everyone in the office are wonderful as well.

All of them...party, ice-cream day, environmental days - shredding, re-use etc.
