The physical therapy was excellent! They made her feel so confident and relaxed. She hadn't walked in 6 months and highland palms had her walking a week after admission. As spoiled as she is highland palms took the time to meet her special needs.Highland palms is absolutely top notch and I've never seen my mom so happy. Dee Dee has been greatThis is a 10, I'd bring her back if I had to.

The care was great, social services helped with all my appointments. Medications and food were generrally on time and they provided excellent physical training. Activities were very good, I enjoyed playing bingo with the other residents. The service was great! I would definitely return for care if I had to.

The staff was very professional, always very pleasant and always went over and beyond their call of duty. We were very satisfied with the therapy, my husband was able to recover and was a lot more mobile. I would highly recommend them to others.

The staff and nurses make you feel at home. They were very kind! Especially the nurses, Fabiola, Paola, Andrew and Blanca were so good to me and were always checking on me. I'm going to miss the delicious chef salads. I would return if I had to and will recommend them to family and friends.

I feel that I had wonderful help and everything was provided by my liking. The nurses and staff were always looking out for me, day and night. They spoke to me with respect. Everybody that worked with me was good at what they did and was really good to me. I recommend other people to come here, this is the best nursing facility I've ever been to!
