High View Manor has been good to me except for my previous neighbor calling the cops on me TWICE for no reason illegally

All experiences have been positive. The staff are professional and always helpful. I’ve noticed more attention paid to the cleanliness of the hallways. More attention needed to the laundry room, the windows and the garbage are needed - mostly the recycling bins. Excellent and quick response from maintenance when attention needed to my apartment. Pool area is also excellent. Thank you to ALL !

I am very concerned with our lawn maintenance. The rain storms we've had this summer combined with high winds has taken down many, many branches in our area. The lawn maintenance crew did nothing but run over them making longer than a foot pieces, hidden in ankle high grass. I've stumbled on them, tripped on them, got my toe cut up and bloody. Wish I could attach pictures so u can see how crappy our area of Highview looks dumpy, and the rest of the units seem nice & cared for.I'm afraid of falling while walking my dog. I've already fallen twice on ur property because of ur negligence. Nothing was taken care of after these incidents, why should I expect anything about this.

Rent does not match up with the apartment! The basements are not in good condition! They need help!The increments in which the rent increases is ridiculous! Also, it goes up at every lease term! Which makes it worse! They charge for water and trash! Plus, a pest control fee!The neighbor situation is neutral! I have haf some good experiences and had some absolutely terrible ones in which the staff I feel did not do their job right and just pretty much did not enforce their authority that they could! Pretty much told to deal with it! Which is unacceptable! Is there worse out there?! Of course! But, what are you going to do?! 😒😏

Winter salting, shoveling and plowing are not done early enough for those of us who leave for work at 7. My car was plowed in so I could not clean the snow off the driver side. Plows don’t come back to clean the lot once most people have left for work.

There's definitely black mold issues in the basement

They need to remove their shoes when they climb in a tub and to clean their mess before they leave.

It may be time to remove the dead and dying trees before they fall and injure someone
