From evidence found on grounds there are some people who do not respect the property.You can see garbage on the law s or plastic waste on lawns bordering entrances.

I couldn’t view because I didn’t have my license with me but the leasing agent was great with the info.

Took months to get exterminator/ resolution even though I pay for it in my rent. Never heard back from anyone, unsure if issue is resolved. Unsure if there is still camera in my front closet ceiling from exterminators. No communication

Great community that may suit our needs. My only complaint was the strong odor of cigarettes in hallway outside model. I appreciate knowing there are non smoking options.

It's a pity the trees that have fallen but that seems to be happening all over. I've lived in Highview Manor for about 15 years and generally like it here.

There are no cameras on the property. I recently had my truck broken into and stolen from Highview Manor parking lot and the police said they were surprised there were no cameras they could examine. After reporting it, the property manager never even contacted me to see if it was ever found. That is not good customer service in my mind.The basement where the washer/dryer and storage is, looks like a dungeon with black mold and drains that constantly plugs up.There are dead ash trees in the dog park area of my complex that it's not a matter of if, but when they will fall on top of one of our cars. One fell last year that luckily just missed falling on a couple of cars.

All good experiences since. Still waiting for my new blinds as per renewal of lease agreement
