Everything was good l recommend this to my friends

I have been living at Highview Manor for 7 years and I have had multiple packages delivered only to have someone steal them. These seem quite trivial compared to what happened last October when my truck was stolen from the parking lot and I never got it back. It seems like a large community like Highview Manor, they could afford to put cameras up around the complex. Another concern I have is regarding the dead ash trees in the dog park area that need to be taken down before they are blown down by the wind on someone's vehicle.

From evidence found on grounds there are some people who do not respect the property.You can see garbage on the law s or plastic waste on lawns bordering entrances.

I couldn’t view because I didn’t have my license with me but the leasing agent was great with the info.

Took months to get exterminator/ resolution even though I pay for it in my rent. Never heard back from anyone, unsure if issue is resolved. Unsure if there is still camera in my front closet ceiling from exterminators. No communication

Run down, apartments are old, too many dogs

Great community that may suit our needs. My only complaint was the strong odor of cigarettes in hallway outside model. I appreciate knowing there are non smoking options.

Everything was very nice, professional and knowledgeable.

It's a pity the trees that have fallen but that seems to be happening all over. I've lived in Highview Manor for about 15 years and generally like it here.
