There needs to be general up keep done. Bushes in front of entrance very overgrown. There are dead weeds next to entrance. Outside of apt windows very dirty but unable to remove them to clean.

It was very disappointing to learn the policies of the management company. I have 20+ years in banking and the way income, assets and qualification don't make sense. If like to share the reasons why if you're open to it
