I very much appreciate that the apartment home maintenance is back on track.I would request that attention be given to the assigned parking lot spaces for residents which have completely eroded away. The frequency of non-residents parking in those assigned spaces is increasing which is very frustrating and annoying and difficult, especially for unloading items upon returning from shopping!

They always send a message saying that they already fixed it and it is always a lie. I don't know what trick this is

I have repeatedly reported the dryer because it does not work, I go to report the problem and they only tell me that they are going to send someone to repair it. Then they send me emails to tell me that they have already repaired the problem and IT IS NOT TRUE, so they fix it or they refund me the rent for the dryer and washing machine that I CANNOT USE.
