They always send a message saying that they already fixed it and it is always a lie. I don't know what trick this is

I have repeatedly reported the dryer because it does not work, I go to report the problem and they only tell me that they are going to send someone to repair it. Then they send me emails to tell me that they have already repaired the problem and IT IS NOT TRUE, so they fix it or they refund me the rent for the dryer and washing machine that I CANNOT USE.

Ya tengo dos cemanas que reporte la estufa y otros problemas que tengo asta orita no an llegado

Quiero pagar mi renta

I only wish it had gotten done sooner. But I'm glad the AC is fixed!

Todo bien

Grasias todo bien

Maintenance team needs to improve. I have to call many times to repair the same problems.
