They DO NOT fix the SECURITY GATE, I'm a Victim of a Crime, and that's a BIG ISSUE for me. They ALREADY LIE about it, they let the left Gate Fixed, but DO NOT FIX the gate to the Right, it goes MONTHS without being FIXED! If the Gate people WILL fix the Gate ANYTIME it's Broke, when I asked about it, I get a STUPID answer, the Gate company do not want to fix the Gate! BULLSHIT, BULLSHIT! The people that FIX the Gate is in the BUSINESS of FIXING THE GATE, IF THE STAFF KEEPS LOEING ABOUT IT. Then they need to be REPLACED, cause there is NO WAY the GATE COMPANIES going to tell HTC, we AIN'T FIXING THE GATE! THATS THEIR BUSINESS, and they are NOY TURNING DOWN THE MON! THATS THEIR BUSINESS, AND if they WONT FIX the GATE, get ANOTHER COMPANY! Again BULLSHIT, BULLSHIT, ALSO the Mail Boxes are F×CKED UP TOO! THE PROPERTY MANGER IS NEVER HERE, Again BULLSHIT, BULLSHIT! I would NEVER recommend this place, cause this is a JOKE! NO SECURITY, NO CAMERAS, NO GATE that works.

The staff provi information very helpfull

Rats, ants, garbage everywhere, dog poop, no parking, gate never works, office staff is rude and extremely unhelpful , maintenance barely does their job. U have to bug office staff and maintenance for at least 3 months straight before they do what ur asking
