As a patient of the practice I have always been impressed with the professionalism and kindness shown by all staff. In spite of this I was very nervous when advised of the need for dental implants. However I am delighted to say that all my concerns was allayed immediately Dr Patel and his team. The quality of care provided and work undertaken was excellent. Every step of the process was fully explained and all my questions answered. I am extremely pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Dr Patel.

I had an accident involving half of my front tooth coming out and had composite bonding to repair this damage. Firstly the practise was amazing to see me so quick instead of leaving me to wait in pain. Secondly Roshni and Holly were amazing in building back my tooth so I can be happy smiling again. Finally I recommend this dentist to anyone in a similar situation to myself, a very quick and painless turn around during the Christmas period is something I never expected. I had an implant fitted at the Hitchin Dental Centre, which is a fairly laborious process, and I was quite nervous as I’ve never had anything more drastic than a filling previously. Everyone in the centre was warm, considerate and helpful and made the whole experience so much easier. Dr. Jayesh Patel and Holly looked after me throughout the procedure and were just lovely. They were both very attentive, making sure I was comfortable and also making sure I knew what was happening and why. There was never a point where I didn’t understand the process or the costs, I was given a clear plan right at the beginning and they followed that plan to the letter. Very happy to highly recommend Jayesh and Holly and all the team at Hitchin Dental Centre, thank you for looking after me!
