The experience was quite seamless. Lori provided exceptional customer service leading up to the appointment. During the procedure it would be helpful for Dr. Sun to give more details as he moves through each step of the procedure.

I Was So Nervous and Anxious having not been to the dentist in about 10 years. I needed a lot of dental Work. But the Dental Hygienist was Amazing and the Dentist was Gentle. I had a Wonderful first Experience put me at ease with the Procedures I had done. But the End when I found out the cost of Everything made me nervous all over Again. I am on Social Security and can’t afford all the work makes me nervous about what can and can’t be done.

The dental hygienist was fantastic. Professional, personable, and extremely competent. I’ve requested that my next cleanings are done by her.

I was charged for a missed appointment after being a patient for over 10 years and referred other patients to the office. In addition on the day I paid for the missed appointment they asked me to change the time of my appointment and they were 30 minutes late. Ironic.

I sent an email to the email address on your website but I did not receive a response. I cannot write everything I need to here as the space does not allow. In a nutshell, I have not had regular exams by the dentist over the past many years. I am supposed to have 2 per year and a comprehensive exam once every 5 years which is covered by my insurance. I have had only 3 exams in the past 5 years. I have gum disease and feel that I am not receiving adequate standard of care. Jennie Mayhew
