The service that Hoffman Realty provides to the tenants is amazing, we reported an issue with the AC unit and they immediately coordinated the repair without wasting time. They are very considerate and always take quick action to help and fix any situation that arises.

I prefer to get more communications from property managers. For example, if a repair is made, it would be great to receive a text at least to provide details. Also, the owner’s portal should have the image of the receipt from the company who perform ped the repair.

As soon as Hoffman became aware that I was renewing my lease the process was quick and seamless. Was able to sign remotely and a written copy was provided promptly.

Everyone there is so easy to work with. I recently had several property insurance changes and they were great in helping to get the information I needed. Have been there for several years and it has worked out wonderfully for us.
