The agent made herself available the next day and one visit was enough to convince me that this house "had my name on it". Each step in the process, from application to reference-checking to financial requirements and signing and returning all the well-explained legal documents, was handled in a timely and professional manner. I was particularly impressed with the detailed Resident's Handbook for renters. Every rule, regulation, procedure, question and inevitability was addressed and explained. The thoroughness and thoughtfulness of this document is a wonderful reference if questions or concerns arise. Hoffman Realty has made it easy to pay bills and provide maintenance services through vetted vendors. It is clear that this management company has had years of experience as evidenced by the broad expanse of issues they have anticipated and addressed. I intend for this to be my last residential move. Suffice it to say, I wake up every morning and go to bed each night with a smile on my face and gratitude for the joy I feel for living under these circumstances.
