Prior to deciding to rent with Hoffman Realty we read the online reviews of several other property management companies. 99% of the other reviews read like horror stories...delayed or ignored maintenance requests, security deposits not returned, etc. On the contrary, all of the reviews we read about Hoffman were positive. Although there were several minor issues that needed to be corrected prior to moving in, the Hoffman team, especially Ms. Jeanette Hardy, has been great and extremely responsive. We couldn't be happier with the service we've received from Hoffman Realty.

The service that Hoffman Realty provides to the tenants is amazing, we reported an issue with the AC unit and they immediately coordinated the repair without wasting time. They are very considerate and always take quick action to help and fix any situation that arises.

I have been dealing with Mary Ann Hoffman and her team since the early 90's and to date their services and attention to my needs have been exemplary. Heck, they are more dependable then family and just as warm!

I prefer to get more communications from property managers. For example, if a repair is made, it would be great to receive a text at least to provide details. Also, the owner’s portal should have the image of the receipt from the company who perform ped the repair.

Hoffman Realty is an impressive operation. I am extremely pleased with my experience with the Hoffman team and there is no rival in my opinion.
