Good communication, always able to reach someone. With price reduction we were able to find tenants. Just really started with property management . Anticipate great relationship.

Very bad at maintenance.I asked for them to repair the roof and they sent someone who only came to look at them, they already sent three times and they just waste my time and do not repair anything.

The person who came suggested some items should be changed to be properly repair and others are not yet done.

Hoffman Realty has always been quick to answer trouble calls for residents. The quality of work was good, however, the cometics makes the roof look like an eye sore. I believe a better sealant could have been used to blend in the natural color of the roof.

Can be bothersome to use a mobile app for something like realty. But the app works fine. I could agree that it can simplify and streamline the process.

We have been with Hoffman for years and they manage two of our properties. They have been outstanding over the years with great communication, management of tenants, management of property incidents, and property upkeep. They are kind, thoughtful, and provide excellent service.

He did a good job installing but didn’t finish! He was supposed to come back to do a final thing with the breaker panel and bring a filter but never returned.

Tech did state he did not know if GFI replacement would work as refrig is very old and pulls lots of power so he was knowledgeable.
