My power went out during the recent cold spell and I contacted Hoffman Realty after contacting TECO and finding out it was not a problem from their end. Electricians was sent to my condo and it was determined that the electrical panel needed replacing - the wires inside the box were melted and could not be fixed. Eight hours later (yes, it was a big job) I had heat. Thank you Hoffman.

We have been pleased with the office workers we have spoken to. Some of the workmen sent to fix things should probably be re-evaluated and consider hiring new companies to do repairs on the property.
