During the initial process of signing over our property to have it managed by Hoffman, the team at Hoffman was diligent in taking care of most of the details. All good, any concerns are addressed asap...for exception of late fee a month later w a unnecessary 3day notice on my door, was not necessary, since I was sick and had not been late for 6yrs prior...other than that all was good
