Shirley and her husband are nothing short of AWESOME. They have taken care of every issue that I have had ...they are responsive...if going to be a little late..they call !!! I TRUST these two individuals....I would have no issue letting them into my condo if I was unable to be home...GREAT service..GREAT people. ....Other issues (ie: garage door) the men were also in contact with me in a timely period. ....IF ANY issues...Hoffman has been to task.

I truly appreciate how you keep me posted of what is going on, how fast you are in fixing things and the rates your get. Thank you all for a great job! (Right now, for the first time, I have been waiting for quite a few days! ... for an answer regarding the termite situation in my unit ... Not very good ... Hopefully this is just a "slip"?)
