I like that community. My filters got at home on time every month. I like the house. So far no complaints. Some stuff we must fixes. It’s ok

Roofing team did a great job. They were very careful about walking the property for any nails and debris.

The property is as described and well maintained. Dealing with an experienced team is, in our opinion, the way to go regardless of cost. Hoffman Realty has handled all day to day tasks of property management extremely well and recently coordinated clean up after two Hurricanes. Hoffman was able to even get new tenants during the hurricane clean up process amazingly quick after a prior tenant move out.

Very responsive and takes the stress out of having a rental property.

Once the tenant vacant the property at the end of the lease, I think an expense sheet should still be sent to landlords at the end of the month even though you will keep the rent for two months to cover expenses.

Hoffman staff are consistently responsive which is very much appreciated!
