The price for renewing the yearly lease this year is out of hand. We’ve been using Hoffman since 2013, but come next year, we’re going to shop around prior to renewal.

Hoffman Realty is an excellent property management team in Tampa ! From the beginning MaryAnn had help us with the leasing process. Jeanette is doing an outstanding job of managing the property. Also, very helpful to receive the accounting report from Pamela on a monthly basis. Thank you y'all for making the leasing process comfortable, professional and easy.
