Hoffman does a great job managing my property. My property manager Amanda is always very responsive to my questions and does a good job keeping me in the communication loop on any issues. I love the fact that the owner MaryAnn is easily accessible if ever needed. The monthly management fees are reasonable but I don't like that I have to pay an additional 3% of the lease value in leasing fees every year for a recurring tenant renewal on top of my monthly management fees. In my opinion, that is extremely high for not doing really anything except facilitating the new lease signing which they still charge an additional $50 on top of the 3%.
