I’ve had my home managed through Hoffman Realty for 10 1/2 years. I find their fees to be fair and competitive with other property management companies. Their team is professional and timely which is an important factor in flipping tenants to help ease the financial burden on the owner. They contract with ethical companies for repairs. I’ve never once felt taken advantage off and their team is always available to talk and answer questions! I highly recommend Hoffman Realty to prospective tenants and home owners as their property management company.
