The repairs i requested were promptly sent to the repairmen and scheduled appointments at my convienece. The repairs were mostly done correctly. There is one issue that is still being repaired, but i have faith the new company doing the repair can fix it.

I had a problem with rent being charged twice to my credit union which was my fault. Staff at Hoffman took care of it promptly before I was charged the second time. Thank you!

The whole process was very smooth and easy. I know I was a pain but they were very patient. When I moved in though the house was not cleaned. There was dirt all over the walls and there were even shoe prints on the tile.
