When we were searching for our rental home we were not very happy with Hoffman as it was difficult to reach an agent. It was also difficult to set an appointment to view the home as we were told both my husband and I had to see the home at the same time, not seperately, not me first and then together the second time. Once we were approved, everything went smoothly from there. Contact was easy, maintenance has been great. We are very happy with our rental home.
