They offer the ability to pay my rent online, they get back in touch with me and have someone to the home for any problems I have with AC, etc., the same day, they respond to all my emails the same day - you can't ask for much more from a rental company. Excellent!

Hoffman Realty cares about their tenants. Whenever there is a problem, they quickly take care of it. If you put in a request for any kind of maintenance, they will have someone out to the home to take care of the the next day. Excellent management firm!

Hoffman Realty has been absolutely fantastic. I had to move out of a townhome on short notice and had no option but to rent it, which was not ideal for me at the time. That was 7 years ago. They've bent over backwards to ensure that both myself and my tenants are happy. These folks know how to run a property management business and are truely masterful at it. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

We unfortunately had an incident that delayed our move in date by a month. However, I felt that they were keeping us updated and were on top of the situation, even though a lot of it was out of their control. Overall, the company seems very nice.
