Love the landlord portal on the website. Since we do not live close by, this makes it easier to keep up with the property. Company is always quick to respond to our needs and their policies protect our investment

Rental process was smooth. The reason why I gave you only 4 stars is because my condo was not fully ready to move in. There are so many broken stuffs and scratches on the floor and walls. I am not sure what it is going to be like when I move out. I am willing to give 5 stars if you guys give me full deposit back when I move out.
