I gave Hoffman Realty 5 stars, just for putting up with me as I travel a bunch while they manage my Tampa property. If I spent more than 6 months in FL, I might save a few $$ dealing with issues, but so worth those few extra dollars to have Rich, Mary and team to deal with issues that come up when renting 60yr old house(New roof, appliances, plumbing,etc - they have guys that come in to fix it the next day when renters have problems). I hear about it later, and the fees their contractors charge have been very fair.

Hoffman Realty is amazing. Our house was on the market to sell for over a year, no hits. We then decided to rent our house out for a year and within 3 weeks Hoffman had a GREAT renter lined up, they did handled everything, just kept us informed through email, and not constantly asking us, what we want to do, how we want to do. They just got the job done! I would highly suggest this company to anyone looking for property managing or anything dealing with real-estate.
