The Entire Time I Lived There Was Constant Nonsense I Struggled With Plumbing Issues For A Year And A Half Roaches , And The New Tenants That Moved In They Have Loud Music Every Night Children Running Out In The Streets With No Supervision The Shooting That Left A Hole In My Upstairs Neighbors House The Changes Of All The Different Property Managers I Had While Staying There The Not Answering Of Phones And When They Do Answer The Person Is Either New Or Dont Know How To Answer A Question I Asked For Guest Bathroom Tub To Be Fixed Never Got Done Took Them 3 Months To Get Master Bathroom Tub Replaced Do To Wear And Tear That Was Cracked And Gates Weren’t Used So No Security Took Me 2 Years To Get A Garage Door Opener And The Fact That I Will Be Charged For A Notice And Just Lost A Job I Didn’t Know Would End Until The Other Day And A Host Of Manu Other Things

Jose the maintenance man is really cool, the office here is very friendly. The apartments were not exactly move in ready and they desperately need a makeover. The dumpster needs to stay a bigger size because people often fill it in a day then leave trash and bags on ground. Gates have never been fixed. I pay for amenities such as the pool, gym and office but the gym has never been open, the pool always has an issue and the website offers more than what is promised upon move in. The most irritating thing is the non refundable deposit.

The office staff is great, the maintenance team is also great. They all are doing a great job making the property a good place to live. The only problem I have seen is the tenants throwing trash everywhere. Including not putting their household trash in the dumpsters provided. The maintenance team does a great job of cleaning up daily. As soon as they clean it all up the residents trash it all over again the same day. There should be fines for littering and not putting their trash in the dumpsters.

People shouldn't have their dogs running around without a leash. Everyone is not dog friendly.

Harley took the time to show a unit. The ride in that cart was the best part!
