Back in the summer of 2023 my husband and I decided it was time to get rid of the bathtub which I might add was only a few years old and we decided to replace it with a walk in shower. After much research, Home Smart by far was our first choice. From the sales rep that came and explained in detail the products that were to be used to the history of the company and all that they Home Smart stood for we were sold. After signing the contract a week later they were able to get us on their schedule and the work began. The men arrived at 12:30 in the afternoon and job was completed by 5:30 that evening. Prior to the completion that same afternoon we received a follow up call directly from the Company CEO asking if the work was to our satisfaction prior to us paying. Customer Service all around was fantastic. Bathroom beautiful and Home Smart offers a Lifetime Guarantee.

The Head Manager was very professional, smart, honest and his workers were excellent and (as requested) the work was done on time. We have no complaints with this outstanding company.

They were very professional, had a great work ethic, very clean. Left my home looking great when they finished. Only thing I would have liked to have was the paper work for the Kohler fixtures used in my installation.
