My wife and I could not be more pleased with our new shower. When we were originally talking to the salesman about the project, I mentioned to him that he could have the best product in the world but if the installation is not done right, it doesn't matter. He assured me that the company had a wonderful crew of experienced installers but he would request the number one installer in his opinion, Oscar. I explained to him that it was important that the job be completed in one day and he then stated that Oscar was my man. Well let me tell you from the beginning to the end we couldn't agree more. Oscar called 30 minutes prior to arrival and when he got there he introduced himself to me. After he looked over the job, his crew began lying down drop clothes from the bathroom all the way to the outside front door. Then they used plastic to vertically make walls so there was a tunnel from the front door to the bathroom. This completely protected our house and kept any dust and construction debris enclosed to that area. My wife and I were super impressed how respectful the workers were of our house. These 4 guys worked very hard only taking a 30 minute lunch break in their truck and like promised finished the job in one day. The shower looks so awesome and exceeded our greatest expectations. I am a perfectionist and this job was perfect. After they were done, Oscar's son showed us the shower and explained how to operate the new hardware. He was very professional, especially for someone of his age. He handled all the final details for payment and sincerely wanted to make sure we were happy and had no questions. When they were done you never knew we just had a construction project completed. They vacuumed and cleaned up so nicely. The outside driveway even was clean as they had tarped the driveway! We are both looking forward to many years of enjoyable use of our new beautiful shower. Again I can't say enough good things about our experience with Home Smart Industries and Oscar's installation crew. Highly recommend them! Mike & Pam Gallof Cape May, New Jersey
