Quick and they were courteous and professional

From the initial meeting with the Home Smart representatives to the installation the process was easy to get a new shower. During the meeting with the representatives the process was explained to us and we were shown options we could have for our shower. At installation, the crew was professional courteous, and skilled in the removal of our old tub/shower and the installation of our new walk in shower. They covered the floors before starting the work and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done, including removing all of the construction debris and the old pink tub. During the installation we were consulted several times by the crew for the height and location of grab bars and shelves. They put them right where we wanted them. The whole installation took about 6 hours, and we had a good-looking shower that we were able to use the next day.

We are very happy with the 3 person crew who came in and accomplished our tub to shower project all in one day. They were friendly and respectful. We love our shower!

In living through many home remodeling projects, I am not surprised when the project goes wrong. The Moronda house that I live in is no different. We already knew that our house was one of the ones that they had to redo the waterlines inside of the house, after it was built. Unbeknown to Sam, he found another of Moronda's half-baked fixes. When he took out the one-piece tub with walls, he found 2x4's that were missing their middle section so that the water lines could be reinstalled. He called the issue into the office and was told that he could fix the issue. Sam did a great job installing our new shower stall. He took the time to explain the issues that he found and explained how to take care of the new shower stall. Our daughter calls it her fancy hotel bathroom. We all love how it came out. We will be calling on Home Smart when we are ready to do our next bathroom.
