My wife and I are very pleased with our shower conversion and installation.

Just took 4 days

Leak in drain line, has been fixed. Shower looks great. Installers did a great job. However, the support from home smart office staff was lacking. My supposedly guide for this project was Jasmine Washington and her support was none existent. All she ever did was answer two emails from me. She needs more customer service training to be more proactive as a "guide" for this job. Tatiana was great and handled all the paperwork issues on my punch list in one day instead of pushing them onto the installers. Probably the stop payment on the original check woke everyone up in the office and got the job finished.

Home Smart was an efficient and economical installation. Most importantly, it looks great and I feel safer now when I shower.

Job was done exactly as promised.

Professional, respectful of me, my property and space. Contractors showed up on time and worked straight through without a break on both days of the 2 day job. Protected my space with dropcloths, paper, etc. and cleaned up well when the job was done. Everything was explained to me and all questions were answered. Great experience.

I love my walk-in tub put in by Home Smart. The installers were great and respectful of my home and me. They did a great job, perfectly installed and functional. Only problem was my water heater wasn’t able to have enough hot water to use the air and water jets. Salesman said the 40gal. MIGHT not be enough, I think he should have known it wouldn’t be enough for an 85gal. tub. That’s my only complaint. I went 2 months not being able to use jets till I was able to get a larger hot water heater. Now that I have enough hot water, it’s fantastic!
