We haven't had homeserve out in a long time so I'd like to know what repair this is referring to

I will never purchase Home Serve again. You say it covers all problems and you'll never have to pay for repair again but when something breaks, Home Serve will always find something as to why it's not covered. So why am I paying Home Serve money and then also having to pay for the repair. I will just use the money I pay Home Serve (since Home Serve does not pay for the repairs anyway) and use that money to pay for the repair when it breaks so I'm not wasting my hard earned money throwing it away on a false claim company. I had several claims for different items and Home Serve never paid anything. I would give you zero stars if I could. Bye bye Home Serve.

I didn't have a repair, I requested written warranties ,so that I could actually see what coverages i have.. Representative was very friendly.

It is helpful when the warranty is able to be used, a waste of money when the issue is not covered by a warranty, and then the warranty service doesn't get renewed/continued.

Yo hone service is very very weak. Everytime I call on something it is NOT covered. I pay you a lot of money and receive nothing for it.

I did not contact Homes Serve to have a contractor come to my home for any repair. Not sure why I received this email.
