Speaking with the representative to have a service team call to set up time and day of arrival was EXCELLENT. The gentleman that came out placed what he wanted on my tub without verifying with me FIRST if that was okay because that wasn’t the same thing that was on the tub., however he got the job completed doing WHAT HE WANTED. Overall still PLEASED with how fast they came and unclogged my tub drain.

I had an emergency!! Homeserve need to contract companies that also provide 24h emergency service. Not companies that consider emergency services within next day or two days. Consumers could have major water damage by their delay in repairs.
