I was contacted within 30 minutes by a plumbing service after making a call to Homeserve. The plumber came out on a Sunday to triage the issue. He determined a two-person team was needed, and they returned the next day. They promptly fixed the problem with as little disruption as possible.I estimate this would have been at least $1,000 on my own to pay, but I was covered.Thank you, Homeserve!!
