When the plumber came to my house he had no clue about the flapper in my toilet. My husband had to show him what is was and he then proceeded to look for cracks in the toilet bowl. Then he told us it wasn't covered and we had to pay 75.00 to get it fixed. I told him that we would fix it ourselves and so he left.

I was very pleased with the job AJ plumbing did on my plumbing problem. The were on time,explained the procedures of which they were doing explained what and why I had the problem in my sewage drainage and were very professional in doing so. I would to have Homesite and AJ plumbing come and take care of my plumbing problems everytime.

Wish customers had the option to choose who they want to service there home..absolutely do not like dp plumbing.. have had problems in the past..

The service was good but i was very surprised that i was charged 300.00 dollars for the service that was done by the service person that did the work. I just feel like i was over charged for the things that to be replaced on the shower farurts etc. because i pay a fee every month for the services and i was really was surprised of what was charged that for what was done. I am trying to decide if i should keep this service or not after paying that amount for the service that was done. I know a friend that lives down the street that is a plumber that wouldn't have charged that much for his fee for doing what was done. I just think that I was overcharged for what was done and i am very sad that this has happened to me.
