I called HomeServe early evening for a leaking water heater. An appointment was promptly scheduled with DR Sevacko for the next morning. During the appointment, JJ & Fad treated me & my home with utmost respect. They installed a new water heater taking time to clean up & provide me with maintenance information. Many thanks to all involved at HomeServe & DK Sevacko for the fantastic customer care.

I was very happy with the prompt service. I discovered a water leak after a flowerbed was flooded. Called Home Serve when I found it, and they came that evening. Repairman was able to fix it without any problems. Thank you for the prompt service you provided.

The quick response from Homeserve representative, Michael, eased my concern about the exterior water leak at my home. The plumbing experts that did the repair to the water line were kind and knowledgeable. They also did their best to limit damage to my lawn.I really appreciate HomeServe for their quick reponse and follow through.
