People were nice enough. Your product is not very good we have been paying for your product for many years only to find out the AC couldn’t be repaired and we were pretty much on our own to figure it out. You couldn’t wait to break ties and drop us. No thanks for your product we are going to go at it alone from here.

Home serve did fine. Expedient, honest,helpful and polite. First service scheduled didn't show up first time and second time they didn't bother to tell me plumber wasn't coming. Homeserve very pleasant understood I didn't want Weiser plumbing. They put me wit rotoman which was great. Very nice and worked well with home serve. Thank you home serve.

The experience was the most memorable due to the fast response of your customer service staff and the communication was excellent keeping us informed. The contractor was outstanding extremely professional, explained what was happening and very knowledgeable. I enjoy working with service providers who are knowledgeable. Thank you so very much.

The plumbers have been great but HomeServe has ridiculous requirements. I had pictures, videos and a Master plumber had been to my house and repeated the issue. I had to plunge because I only have one toilet and it was overflowing with every use. After the second visit you guys came to scope it because I asked if this insurance is a scam. I will never recommend that anyone get this insurance. The plumbers had to come out 4 times in 2 months. Clearly there was a problem.

I called and placed a service request for a popping breaker our water heater and the service advisor came the following day and rebuilt the heater.

Waste water was backing up into the basement floor drain. max came out and took care of everything very professionally. Working with This group was a very good experience both online and in person.
