John Courcy the plumber was very helpful and fixed the clog after a lot of effort. What was frustrating was that your on line appointment system did not work. My wife had to get someone on the phone to get the plumber to come and fix the problem

Suffolk Plumbing Technician Pablo came on time but he was cutting corners and doesn’t want to use the machine to clean the sewer lines. He did the sloppy job and left without signing the contract.
