Came to house saturday and turned off main water, thats all they do on weekends.Were told be back monday morning, took off work to be there, no one showed, after several calls plumber came back out, just to find leak and then make another appointment to come and fix it, on wednesday. That would be 5 days without water for two working people . SO had to call another plumber that came out and repaired leak, called Home Serv to see if I could get reimbursed, but was told no. Am disappointed, have several properties, for years,only called in twice and both were not repaired.

Professional took care of business but made a mistake and disconnected my dryer connector...instead of hot air exiting outside, the hot air remain inside.....need help connecting it back.

Ace technicians arrived 15 minutes early and cleared my drain. They cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant.There was a little confusion on all I wanted done but they quickly sent a follow up crew, who again were early ,efficient and pleasant. Thank you Ace

You have to start listening to the customer. Don't always take the quick way out. Do the job thoroughly and you will not have to return for additional work. You're nickeling and diming the customer. When you sit back, listen and observe, you will learn a lot more. You can never hear what's being said if you're always talking. STOP talking - START listening!!Why are there so many Individual and Class Action Lawsuits against Homeserve?? I am not the only one that thinks your Customer Service & Reliability is substandard!

Great service and response. My only issue is I couldn’t get a same day response (Sunday), so that meant no water usage for over 24 hours. I would suggest options for ASAP work.
