Hi Yes I Was Very Pleased The Company Came And Checked Every Thing And Told Me What The Problem With The Air Condition Called Homeserve Told Them And They Got The O.K. To Go Ahead And Fix The Problem Thanks For The Prompt Work As I Needed My Air Condition Working To Even Be Able To Stay In The House. The Night Before It Was Fixed I Had To Spend The Night With Someone Who Had Air Condition Because It Was Just That Hot And I Couldn't Stay Here Without Air.

After I submitted my claim it was less than 2 hours my repair man came to our home and fixed my electrical problem He worked in a timely fashion and fixed it. I am very happy with everything. Thank you. we ere glad we took out the insurance. AWESOME!
