We had a new water heater installed. It states under the customer care terms and conditions s are unavailable What will happen of we cannot repair your water heater? If parts are unavailable or obsolete or we deem your water heater is beyond repair, we will provide a pro-rata refund, less any claims paid by us.:When I called about it, I was told that I would have to cancel the coverage and then they would pro rata the premiumI paid. It does not state that in the terms and conditions. I have never heard of that. I feel I should have beenreimbursed for the water heater at a pro rata. I have showed it to many people, and everyone agreed with me.
