your contractor arthur zion decided he would advise my tenant that he could put his rent into escrow until the bathroom floor is leveled and toilet is properly installed. That was inappropriate and unprofessional to offer his opinion to customer when the customer did not ask for his advice. My expectation is that I get a call from your plumber advising me of the situation and if I am not available leave me a message to call back to discuss. I called the office and was provided an update.

They said I needed 6 pounds of Freon. I called another HVAC person they came over and only had to put 2 pounds of Freon in my unit so they was trying to get more money than it was worth
