The work was done in a timely matter,but we’re disappointed that after multiple sewer backups,you’re still not replacing the sewer lines.We are seniors and it’s getting harder and harder to do the cleanup.And if we were to have a major backup,we would not be able to handle it.We feel we were misled in getting this HomeServe insurance.The sewer lines are over 50 years old.We’ve been told,there’s heaving in some areas along with corrosion,that’s causing toilet paper,etc.to get stuck.I wish you would reconsider and change the sewer lines before it’s too late.

They did not finish a job when they come out the tub was not unstopped . They pulled the commode and now when you sit on it , it wobbles it did not do that before.
