Service water leak was done very efficiently and we are satisfied it was done well. However getting the service personnel to complete the call took longer than expected. Understandably it did happen on a Friday so it was not done until Monday. Being without water for all that time did become inconvenient but glad it was finally done.

Power plumber came out the next day and unclogged the sewer line in 20 mins. Last time it took a week for someone to come out so I was worried that was going to happen again. Because of the fast service this time … I’m so glad I have HomeServe!

Everyone I spoke to was great. Though we could not get a plumber to come out that night, and thankfully we temporarily stopped the problem, they got us scheduled for the next morning.
