While I love having plans under HomeServe for peace of mind, it is disappointing when one’s claim is only approved for the cheaper repair possible when more needs to be done. Slapping a bandaid on it ever few years isn’t the best solution to the problem.

People were nice enough. Your product is not very good we have been paying for your product for many years only to find out the AC couldn’t be repaired and we were pretty much on our own to figure it out. You couldn’t wait to break ties and drop us. No thanks for your product we are going to go at it alone from here.

Home serve did fine. Expedient, honest,helpful and polite. First service scheduled didn't show up first time and second time they didn't bother to tell me plumber wasn't coming. Homeserve very pleasant understood I didn't want Weiser plumbing. They put me wit rotoman which was great. Very nice and worked well with home serve. Thank you home serve.

The experience was the most memorable due to the fast response of your customer service staff and the communication was excellent keeping us informed. The contractor was outstanding extremely professional, explained what was happening and very knowledgeable. I enjoy working with service providers who are knowledgeable. Thank you so very much.
