Fast, coureous, excellent service

The worst experience ever. I called for back up Seward line, and the contractor Rooter Express from Bronx NY has created a big major problem. He shot down the water, and broke the main line pike. I complained HomeServe about the issue immediately before the guy leave my home, and till now I have no water. That happens Sunday afternoon and today is Tuesday and ni answer from HomeServe. The contractor if citarse is denying the issue, but how is possible you come to my house and water is working fine, and the minute you started diigging, then everything stopped working. So frustrated, because insurrance company at the time of paying for claims, and taking responsibility of claims gives you the run around. Add to that that I have a baby and I Gad to be staying for 2 days already on another’s person’s house to do my needs and not to have my child sick. Really disappointed. Let see how things turn around.

I was very satisfied with the professional work and communication.

The wait time to get service was less than expected. The plumbers were here faster than the expected time. The first guys they sent needed to call their supervisor for assistance. So they had to reschedule for the next day. Supervisor came and got the job done. Only drawback was they didn't clean up their mess but that's small compared to the original issue. Overall very pleased!
