My sewer line backed up and I could not use the toilet, wash disher or clothes. I called HomeServe on Tuesday and they immediately called a plumber who contacted me. Unfortunately the plumber said they could not come until Friday. I called HomeServe back and the next plumber they called could not come out until Thursday. The woman I was talking to at Home Serve said she would book them, but would keep trying to find someone who could come out sooner. She called me back and said that Houdini Plumbing could come the next day and she would schedule with them. Houdini Plumbing called me and when I explained to her what was going on, she said someone could come out between 4 and 5 the next day, but if anyone cancelled she would get them out sooner. She called me back later that afternoon and said someone would be out to my house between 8 and 10 the next morning. The plumber showed up the next morning, saw what the problem was and cleaned out the sewer line. I appreciate both HomeServe and Houdini Plumbing for working to get someone out to me as soon as possible to resolve my problem I would recommend both companies. This is the third claim I have had with HomeServe over a couple years, and I have been satisfied with their quick response everytime.

I had the water main come off under my house and HomeServe got someone there quickly. The tech repaired the connection and took care of all the paperwork. This was much easier than I ever expected.

Over all it was very good/excellent. The people I spoke with where all nice. There was a glitch to start, the original call, the person I spoke with, a gentleman, did not send my info to a plumber near me, so nothing was done, I called again and spoke with a Tanya, she got a plumber right away for me, but if I had not called, think my request to get my gas line replaced would have not been handled by your team. Tanya was awesome,
